Thank you for your interest in our Furnished Vacation Rentals. We are pleased to have one of the largest and highest quality rental divisions in the North Scottsdale, Carefree and Cave Creek areas. Depending on the community, homes are available for a minimum of 4 nights to multiple months. In high season, many of our communities have 3-4 month minimum rental requirements.
All of our homes are NON-SMOKING and pets are at the discretion of the landlord. The check in time for all of our rentals is 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival and the check out time is at 10:00 am on the day of your departure. Please review our current rental offerings and let us know if you would like more details on availability. All parties should be aware we use DocuSign for the execution of all leases (online signature system requiring no printing or faxing of the documents). All inquiries are subject to the landlord final approval and leases are fully binding once all parties execute the lease.
Grayhawk
This master-planned residential community is conveniently located on Thompson Peak Parkway between Pima and Scottsdale Roads. Amenities in and around Grayhawk include: Picnic areas, barbecue pavilions, neighborhood swimming pools, playgrounds, greenbelts, basketball courts, tennis courts, over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, two plazas featuring restaurants and a variety of shopping opportunities. The Grayhawk Golf Club has two public golf courses which have both received many awards including being rated among the finest daily-fee golf courses in the US and been home to a number of high profile golf events. Four restaurants are also part of the Grayhawk Golf Club along with a distinguished Golf Learning Center.
Legend Trail
Legend Trail in North Scottsdale sits amid the beautiful Sonoran Desert. In the heart of the Legend Trail community is the Community Center with two swimming pools (one is heated in the winter months), a state of the art fitness center and lighted tennis courts. The Legend Trail Golf Club features an 18 hole, par 72 Rees Jones designed golf course. This award winning course is a delight for all skill levels and is open to the public. The Cantina at Legend Trail has a wide array of Southwester inspired dishes. Located at the intersection of Pima Road and Legend Trail Parkway, visitors to Legend Trail are close to all North Scottsdale and the Carefree/Cave Creek areas have to offer.
Terravita
Terravita’s North Scottsdale location offers fabulous views of Black Mountain, The Boulders Resort and incredible desert sunsets. A 7 mile nature trail system can be found within the community. The award-winning private golf and country club at Terravita includes tennis, pool/spa facilities, fitness center, dining and a community center. The community is located at Scottsdale Road and Terravita Way. Access to club amenities requires a transfer fee, seasonal golf memberships are available.
Troon North
Troon North in North Scottsdale sits on 1800 acres of dramatic desert landscape with incredible mountain views. Golfers can enjoy a true desert golf experience with two 18-hole courses which stretch through the natural ravines and foothills of Pinnacle Peak. Both courses were designed and recently renovated by Tom Weiskopf and consistently rank at the top of every golfer’s must play list and are open to the public with daily fees. The full service clubhouse includes the Dynamite Grill open 7 days a week. Hiking and walking trails can be found throughout the area.
Winfield
Winfield is a guard-gated North Scottsdale community, just south of the Carefree/Cave Creek area at Scottsdale Road and Westland. Surrounded by a large mountain preserve, each home takes advantage of the mountain and desert views. The community features a large community center which includes a café, state of the art fitness facility, billiard room and media lounge. Adjacent to the community center is the resort size beach-entry heated pool and the 8 lighted tennis courts including two championship clay courts. A transfer fee is required to use the club facilities.
