About Desert Mountain
Situated on 8000 acres in North Scottsdale, Desert Mountain is among the finest private golf and recreational communities. It is the only private community in the world with six Jack Nicklaus designed golf courses. Sitting amid the Tonto National Forest, Desert Mountain offers breathtaking mountain, desert and valley views. This prestigious, guard gated community offers a wide variety of amenities for all members of the family.
Clubhouses
Each of the six golf courses has their own distinct clubhouse offering a variety of dining experiences - casual to family to formal. Dining options range from Tuscan-inspired Italian, southwestern, classic steakhouse, authentic Mexican, American fare and other specialties. Signature events are scheduled throughout the year including special menu nights, private wine-tasting dinners, art shows and other organized Member events.
Lifestyle & Amenities
The Sonoran Clubhouse is home to the Tennis, Spa and Fitness Centers. Resort style pools, tennis courts, basketball and volleyball courts, Youth Activity Center, complete fitness facility with personal trainers and various classes, full service spa and a children’s playground are available to members. Many of the villages also have community pools.
Golf
Desert Mountain members can enjoy the 6 Jack Nicklaus Signature Golf Courses. Each course provides an individual playing experience at all skill levels. Elevation changes, rolling fairways, top notch course conditions and amazing views of the Valley are just a few of the characteristics of the 108 golf holes. DM also has the most extensive golf practice facilities including the Jim Flick Golf Performance Center.
Membership and Community Association
Desert Mountain Deferred Equity Golf Memberships are available at prices determined by existing members on the re-issuance list at $65,000 to $140,000. Prospective members may bid at a minimum of $65,000. Social membership are available for $10,000. Monthly dues are $1320 for the golf membership and $440 for social. Community Association fees vary on the Village of residence.
