About Troon North
Troon North is a master-planned community in North Scottsdale on 1800 acres of dramatic desert landscape. Nineteen separate subdivisions offer residents a variety of options – gated, guard gated or non- gated, from moderately priced single-family homes and golf villas to multi-million $ acre + custom homes and custom-view lots on or off the golf course.All subdivisions and the superbly designed golf holes are carefully laid out to take full advantage of the undulating geography, huge granite boulders and stands of ancient saguaros.
Troon North Golf Club
Golfers can enjoy a true desert golf experience with two 18-hole courses which stretch through the natural ravines and foothills of Pinnacle Peak. Both courses were designed and recently renovated by Tom Weiskopf and consistently rank at the top of every golfer’s must play list.
The 37,000 square feet full service clubhouse includes the Dynamite Grille serving breakfast, lunch and dinner 7 days a weekalong with Friday Night Specials. The clubhouse also includes locker rooms, an award-winning golf shop and banquet, catering facilities.
Troon North is open to the public with daily fees that vary by day of the week and by season. Troon North residents are entitled to privileges at Troon North Golf Club at no fee including discounted green fees and a special phone line for advance tee time reservations. Practice facility privileges are also available for an additional fee.
Also available to Troon North residents (in certain qualifying communities) is a Full Golf Membership for the non-refundable rate of $35,000 and monthly dues of $535. This includes no cost green fees, 30 day priority tee time reservations, unlimited use of the practice facilities, invitation to member-only golf and culinary events along with clubhouse discounts.
