This master-planned residential community is conveniently located on Thompson Peak Parkway between Pima and Scottsdale Roads. Featuring over 3700 homes in distinct, yet interconnected neighborhoods (The Park, The Raptor Retreat and The Talon Retreat) gives that sense of community which is found in Grayhawk. Single-family homes, townhomes, condominiums, luxury rentals and custom home sites can all be found in this extraordinary community.
Amenities
Grayhawk offers both the intimacies of a friendly neighborhood and the amenities of a grand master plan. Amenities in and around Grayhawk include: Picnic areas, barbecue pavilions, neighborhood swimming pools, playgrounds, greenbelts, basketball courts, tennis courts, over 30 miles of hiking and biking trails, two plazas featuring restaurants and a variety of shopping opportunities. The community is also home to Grayhawk Elementary School and Eldorado Private School and a neighboring Boys & Girls Club. There are also two City of Scottsdale park facilities and Scottsdale Healthcare Thompson Peak Hospital.
Grayhawk Golf Club
The Grayhawk Golf Club has two public golf courses with fees ranging from $60 to $285 for 18 holes based on season and time of play. The Tom Fazio designed Raptor course and the David Graham designed Talon course have both received many awards including being rated among the finest daily-fee golf courses in the US and been home to a number of high profile golf events. Four restaurants are also part of the Grayhawk Golf Club along with a distinguished Golf Learning Center and fabulous facilities for holding private events and weddings.
Community and Association Fees
Annual Grayhawk Community Association fees are $174 per quarter. There is an annual Retreat fee of $936 for the majority of Grayhawk and annual fees that vary based on the village within Grayhawk in which you live.
