About Troon Village

The Troon Village 1400 acre community sits at the base of Troon Mountain in North Scottsdale.  The tranquil location in the Sonoran Desert is close to nature but accessible to highways and nearby shopping and amenities.  The 2400 – 2800 feet elevation provides spectacular views, clearer air and cooler temperatures.  There are a wonderful assortment of neighborhoods (12 in total) within Troon Village.  The 1300 homesites that make up this community are varied to include gated, guard gated and non-gated subdivisions with town homes, single family residential, semi-custom and custom spec homes.  Home prices are currently from the low $400ks to $2+ million.

Troon Country Club

Troon Village is home to the Troon Country Club which strives to create a classic, casual experience for their membership.  The Tom Weiskopf/Jay Moorish 7040 yard golf course is kept in meticulous condition and is enjoyable for all levels of ability.

The recently updated 53,000 square foot contemporary clubhouse offers its members indoor/outdoor dining, a Men’s Grill and Poolside Grill.  The multi-zoned fitness center provides state-of-the-art Cybex equipment, personal trainers and yoga, pilates, stretching sessions.    The Lagoon pool is heated year round with waterfalls and cabanas.  The Tennis Program has both social play and inter-club competitions on its grass courts and a full time USPTA Professional.

Golf Memberships are available for a non-equity fee of $55,000 and monthly dues of $950.  Associate Memberships are available to those under 51 at $40,000 with monthly dues of $665.  Sport/Social Membership which includes club/pool use and summer golf is $6500 with $345 monthly dues. Membership to the club is separate from property ownership.
