About Legend Trail
Legend Trail in North Scottsdale sits amid the beautiful Sonoran Desert. There are 824 home sites and a 36 unit condominium development. Legend Trail consists of eight distinct communities (some of which are gated) with homes ranging from 1300 to over 5000 square feet. Many of the home sites border the Legend Trail Golf Course and offer spectacular desert and mountain views. Most homes have been completed but there are still new homes being built.
Community Center
The over 10,000 square feet Legend Trail Community Center, located in the heart of the community has much to offer residents including a game room with card games, a lending library with book clubs, and monthly themed dinners and events in the banquet room – plenty of opportunities to meet your neighbors!!
Swimming & Tennis
Legend Trail has two swimming pools (one is heated in the winter months) and a pool side Jacuzzi. There are also two lighted tennis courts and a very popular tennis club. Both the pools and the courts overlook the Golf Course.
Legend Trail Golf Club
The Rees Jones designed 18 hole, par 72 award winning course is a delight for all skill levels. This public course received 4.5 out of 5 stars for “Best Places to Play” from Golf Digest Magazine. Wide fairways, island tees, small bunkers and incredible views offers a delightful day for all. Homeowners receive reduced green fees. The Legend Trail Golf Shop offers equipment and apparel for both men and women.
Health and Fitness
There is a huge state-of-the-art fitness room at the Legend Trail Community Center with a cardio area (that includestreadmills, ellipticals, stairmaster, rowing machine, stationary bikes) an area with free weights and weight machines and a multi-use room with an aerobic dance floor. Classes are offered in both yoga and water aerobics. Separate locker rooms with showers are also available for residents.
Hiking and Biking
This over 640 acre complex offers numerous hiking and biking trails. Also nearby are extensive City of Scottsdale hiking trails with varying levels of difficulty including Pinnacle Peak,
The Cantina at Legend Trail
The Cantina has an amazing array of Southwestern and Mexican inspired dishes. Enjoy everything from fish tacos and burgers to salads and healthy wraps. The Cantina also has a monthly Prime-Rib night! You can eat inside or dine on the spacious patio with fabulous views!
Community Association
All homeowners are members of the Legend Trail Homeowner’s Association and has access to all the community facilities. The cost is a quarterly assessment of $270 - $425.
