Silverleaf is located in North Scottsdale and is adjacent to the renowned DC Ranch community and all its amenities. The private club offers the finest of services and amenities to its members. Tucked in amid the McDowell Mountains and surrounded by the McDowell Sonoran Preserve, this private, gated neighborhood includes an enclave of large estates with only 700 homes on 2000 acres.

The Clubhouse

The magnificent 50,000 square feet Mediterranean design clubhouse is the heart of Silverleaf. The club features both fine and casual dining, member social activities, resort and lap pools, world-class spa facilities, locker facilities and full service golf lounge areas.

Golf

The par-72 Champion Golf Course at Silverleaf is one of Tom Weiskopf’s Signatures courses. The 7322 yard golf course is spacious with splendid views and offers a degree of challenge to all players of every skill level.

Membership and Community Association

Membership to Silverleaf is available in two categories: Golf ($150,000 with monthly dues of $1310) or Clubhouse ($25,000 with monthly dues of $570). The membership is separate from property ownership.
