About Estancia
Estancia is a guard gated golf community in North Scottsdale on 640 acres with a low 267 custom homes and home sites. On the north slope of Pinnacle Peak Mountain, the area offers stupendous mountain and valley views. The Tom Fazio designed golf course is highly regarded and has received numerous awards including one of the “100 Greatest Courses in the World” by Golf Magazine.
Clubhouse
The stunning 32,000 square foot clubhouse features dining, a wine cellar, fitness center, tennis courts, swimming pool, massage and fully appointed men’s and ladies’ locker rooms.
Golf
The award winning championship course is 7314 yards of fabulous golf was built around the natural features of the land to take advantage of the desert and mountain scenery. The club also includes a successful caddy program.
Membership and Community Association
Membership is limited to 325 full golf members and is sold separate from property ownership. Estancia
has a market-based sales policy for membership currently selling around $135,000. Dues are $16,000
annually or $10,000 for a social membership. Community Association fees are $982 quarterly.
